Vocal things that must be said to all clients
(Depending on services they want)

Mowing Services:
– Mowing is for standard grass areas, not bedding areas. We don’t use edge machines in beddings
– We will never cut the grass shorter than 2 1/2 inches (it’s not healthy for the grass)
– We edge along all grass areas (aka: house, fence & bedding borders)
– We blow all the access grass off hard surfaces back onto the grass (not the street)

Winter Service Includes:
– Simple Trim of bushes if needs be (Not overgrown or out of control bushes)
– Cleanup of bedding area & random weeds growing (Not redoing entire bed that’s out of control)
– Blow out all yard area and bedding collecting all leaves and thatch grass into bags
– Mow & Edge the yard if it needs it
– Haul off all debris/bags with us

Things that will 100% make us say “NO” to servicing a customer
– We have to rely on customer to unlock gates
– Customer wants us to cut shorter than 2 1/2 inches
– Customer wants us to weed eat inside bedding areas
– Customer wants service as needed scheduling
